Here in NL we have the A1/A28 junction, driving from Amsterdam to join the road going northwards toward Groningen.
It was obviously designed by someone from Amsterdam who think nobody actually lives in all those other places on the map. Picture the scene; you come off a motorway going 120kph, to join another stream of traffic at 120kph. In between we have a tight reverse camber 270 degree bend to join the A28 on a viaduct, with a sliproad approximately 60 metres long, on which traffic to and from Amsterdam must interchange across each other. As Dutch driving goes, it's bad enough already, but chuck a little rain and a couple of Crap Gemini junior account managers in Audi A3s into the mix and you have a recipe for death. It's like Russian Roulette. Sorry, can't find a pic.
