People who have stock words to fill in gaps in their sentences. These people are lazy. These people use 'to be fair' and 'at the end of the day' and 'basically'.
The guy next to me uses the word 'basically' in every sentence he utters. He also has a strong, nasal brummie accent so it comes out 'baaaaasically, roit....'Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Anyone else find that annoying?
