Might see you out and about - I'm trying to get fit for Avenue Verte at end of May. Unfortunately getting unfit is a lot easier than getting fit.
Bike. 2 wheels and 2 smaller wheels at the back for stability.

      I don't know I need to look.

What I really need now is one of those GPS watches that you can publish your data on facebook.
See how far I've improved etc etc.

I have found a GPS watch I like the look of, but no mention of facebook upload or whatever.

Googling "GPS Watch facebook" just gets you a list of ads on facebook

Googling "gps watch publish data facebook" gets you not much either.

Has anyone got one? Successfully published their data online?

One of the things I love about you is your tendency for self-deprecation.

Not a bad idea. Surely there's an ap you can on a smart phone?

SuitYou, you look like a classic case of Mid Life crisis. Have you tried counselling ?

I don't like those downturned racing handlebars. I can see there's obviously less air resistance with the rider stooped down, but after a few dozen miles they must feel like the Hunchback of Notre Dame when they finally stagger off the bike.

Give me sit up and beg handlebars any time.

Have you considered a career that goes somewhere other than hitting on SY?
