Haha, I remember him on The Word in the early 90's so bladdered he could barely stand up, and trying to sing a version of Wild Thing. Classic moment.Originally posted by PAH View PostNo one will ever top Oliver Reed for how to be a professional drunk. His were probably the most entertaining interviews I've ever seen.
I would've loved to go out for a 'quiet drink' with Oliver Reed and George Best together

Oliver Reed, legend. Put up floodlights at Roehampton RUFC so they would always opne the bar for him. Went there for the 7s a few years ago; did him proud and got chucked off the night bus. Long walk to New Malden.Originally posted by PAH View PostYeah saw a bit of 10 O'Clock Live last night where they were ripping the piss out of him. From the clips of the interview they showed he did come across as a total ****.
No one will ever top Oliver Reed for how to be a professional drunk. His were probably the most entertaining interviews I've ever seen. But I discovered nothing else but depraved, excessive superstition. Pliny the youngerComment
