There is more sage in my roast chicken stuffing than in this thread.

Got advance notice of landlord visit "to check flat for insurance purposes", nicely put - guess buying a house has got some advantage

I still got no sofa - will just have to say I bought it in DFS last year

Please stand up straight and salute as he enters the flat.

Will he go round with a white glove looking for stains?

whilst trying not to get embroiled in the dimprawn/atw debate I would say that one advantage of having your own house is not having these landlord visits - it's very inconvenient to have to tidy up once every six months because you have an inspection

certainly where I live renting is a mugs game

              How about this?

10 bedroom house for sale in Somerset Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands, B15

Plenty of room for a sofa and a box of squirrels there.

Can be a problem when you want to put a helicopter pad on the roof, I know.
