      Think about leaving speech. Oh how I hate them and the rituals that goes with them. Half the floor gather around and stare as they wait for the opening of the leaving gift, your examination and reading and commenting on the card and making some kind of witty speech.

        You can use my favourite leaving speech. I'll waiver the standard fee just this once;

        Ladies and Gentlemen

        Goodbye

        And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

          Block traps 1, 2, and 3

          (Once you're sure you no longer need them yourself, obviously.)

            Short and sweet, I like it.

              NO! Always do that a few days before.

              Everybody expects it on the last day.

                Out of office reply set on email.

                Tell the software management licensing person what they can reclaim.

                Link to the karaoke version of "Time to say goodbye" by Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocelli, to sing on your way out:

                (oh, just me then?)

                I don't know why I'm telling you this though, since you'll be at the pub by now and won't be coming back.

                    As I will be working from Home on my last day on Monday.
                    I will be raiding my own cupboard

                    My client was too busy shouting at the end client to actually notice that I left the office yesterday for the last time
