      Fat people may have a predisposition to weight gain but don't be fooled, they shovel it in. Either at work, in the car on the way home, or secret stashes. Fat bird I worked with admitted she used to go to the shop on the way home, stuff crisps and chocolate down then have a salad or something with hubby for tea, 'she doesn't eat hardly anything' I am sure he would tell people. Just another example of nothing being anyone's fault, it must be an illness or society making it happen. People are designed for intense physical activity for hours each day as a result of evolutionary requirements. This also gives us a taste for fat and sweet foods as a means of fuel. When the activity is replaced by cars, a desk job and access to unlimited food, the result is inevitable.
      Whenever you see articles about some bint who has lost 8 stone (I am always thinking why did you get so fat in the first place) they always say they were eating packets of biscuits and constantly stuffing food in. Another bloater I worked with ate ALL DAY, constantly grazing on crisps, chocolate or sweets.
      Thing is, girls support this by telling each other they look great, then when they go out, there is always some bloke prepared to put a bid in fuelled by wife-beater !
      Eat less or use up more.

        I once saw two pregnant welsh porkers in a coffee shop, tucking into a table-full of cream cakes. Half-way through they paused to put sweeteners in their coffee.
        I stayed with a family and the mother and daughter were porkers. Every meal was salad, bruscetta, chicken and loads of veg. Very strange I thought, why are they so fat?

        Then in between meals they would snack non-stop, including crisps, sweets, cakes, several spring rolls... basically eating the equivalent of 8 square meals a day.

        So fat people simply eat too many cakes. If you stop the cake eating you will not gain weight. If you rapidly reduce your calorie intake you will have to allow for your metabolism rate change.
        If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.
