    Who's to bet against Egypt applying to join the EU, and the US putting pressure on the EU to accept them? I reckon in a few years we could have the young population of Egypt joining our job market, and doing the jobs we don't want to do...
    I have to admit, I'm already impressed by Egyptian builders - they make things that last!

          Since when will that stop anything? Aren't Israel and Azerbaijan in the Eurovision song contest? If the powers that be, decide it's in their interest, it will happen.

                      The nearest land mass to Cyprus is Asia, then Africa and the Middle East.

                      Geologically is sits on the junction of the African and Eurasian plates.

                      Cyprus is in the EU.
