    As I understand it, yes.

    They are also have plans to develop a site next to WHL, but the costs are escalating and I think some of the stuff that has to be knocked down is protected by national heritage.

    A few years ago they were looking at a site in Enfield.

      So West Ham look like getting it because they'll retain the track.

      Anyone noticed that their own "artist's impression of the Olympic Stadium under West Ham" in the press all week shows no track?
