amongst the fun (but also horrible) bits is how to get a colleague sacked instead of you, while working for one of the big 6 (as it was) consulting firms. The company was obsessed with "living the values", which of course were unmeasurable woolly phrases like "client-centricity" and "360-degree proactive agility". So if you sensed the axe was about to swing, you'd say things like "Yes, sure Jim's a good worker. He gets his projects in on time and hasn't screwed up yet. It's such a pity he doesn't live the values."
