      Epic fail.

      What does it support? One user at a time.

      I guess they've never heard of caching, load balancing and scale out. It's not like the monthly figures change every hit, so it should all be cached in RAM.

      Another noddy public sector IT development.

          It's using the Google map API. So it will be linking their data to Google and then returning it.
