How do you get a Neutral Rep?
They can be new posters, posters with a low post count 10/20 or posters who have negative rep points, such as Bolshy, Gricer, Wilmslow.
If in the game of rep, you go negative you cannot rep. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment
