Just had a chat with the big cheese and he broached the topic of replacing me and checked to see if I wanted to reconsider. A very productive and honest chat, and potential extension for the rest of the year.

When interviewing for the penultimate gig the comment was that I hadn't been in a role for more than 6 months since going contracting.

This gig should redress the balance. Every time we get the project sorted they go and change their business model and have a massive restructure.
