Once you're bored rigid and stop getting new agency names, you can be sure the relevant agencies have your CV.
That way, you at least know they already have your CV and contact details BEFORE they advertise on Jobserve - you MIGHT get a call before they decide they need to advertise the role.
This works best for niche skills and may not help you, but at least you'll have peace of mind that they know you exist.
