If she was killed in her flat (by the landlord), the body would have had to have been removed stealthily, so on that basis I'm inclined to believe she wasn't killed there.
If she wasn't killed near where she was found, wouldn't it make more sense to leave her further away? Presumably a car would have been involved if she wasn't killed close by.
But if she was killed near where she was left, it raises the question of how she got there without a struggle.
Maybe she met someone she knew while walking back to her flat and got a lift? -

I recon she was killed before she got to the flat. The murderer then took her phone etc to the flat in order to make a false trail.
