    Actually, that's not true. This past few years a number of Merkin cheese producers have formed and are going round the world learning how to make cheese, so they do now have a number of small real cheese producers. But it is early days.
    My all-time favourite Dilbert cartoon, this is: BTW, a Dumpster is a brand of skip, I think.

      One way to kill an epoisse is to put in a too low temp fridge, it never matures or gets to that nice runny stage, it end up a solid block.
