You are forgetting to mention the organ that replaces your brain.
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

Come on Shaun, how can you talk about intellect? Surely you have your qualities. You are a very tough and aggressive person (sometimes can be a quality) but look at your opinions. They are all black and white with no space for an argument. This means that someone inflicted their views on you, whether it were your parents, the army, or whoever. And saying that you are a free thinker it's the funniest joke I have ever heard. Perhaps you are a clever bloke (meaning you have high logical skills) but you really can't speak about intellect as your critical skills are lower than a monkey.

This from an Italian. Remind me, the fact that Italy swapped sides during WWII. I suppose that was due to high intellect was it?

Well they had the intellect to realise they were getting caned.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

Indeed, that is a good sign of intellect. Understanding when you have done something wrong and trying to make up for it.

Secondly, car accidents caused by drunk driving are a lot lower than deaths caused by smoking related illness.

Third, your approach is idiotic at best. You are advocating that we do nothing about smoking unless we do something about everything else out there that can cause us harm. Unworkable Im afraid me old mucker.

Face it, we have won. From summer next year no longer will us non-smokers have to put up with the stench of smokers

Well even then this government did its best to **** the legislation up big time by watering it down so much as to make the ban pointless. I had given up on you English ever getting anything right but this has reinstalled my faith in your governments ability to at least get 1 thing right!

You are saying that we should ban smoking on health grounds, in which case why should we stop there. I am saying that we should not pander to this nannyism from the state. I dont smoke, never have and I dont like smoke in restaurants, pubs. More than anything I hate being told what to do by people who abuse the power that they have.

And the "done something wrong". Was that the swapping sides halfway through or entering in the first place?

FFS this smoking ban gets funnier

"As campaigners cheer a total smoking ban, there are fears sending smokers outside will lead to a huge increase in greenhouse gas-emitting patio heaters. "
