Oddly enough, Cricket is one sport where I have no real problem supporting England. Possibly the ONLY sport in actual fact, although as I have said before, I am generally supportive of any English sportsperson if they are representing Britain.
I was a half decent Batsman in my day, though I say so myself, but am by no means a huge fan of the game. However, I predict a narrow 2-1 win for the Aussies over the course of this Ashes series, primarily hinging on the fact that they have home advantage.“The period of the disintegration of the European Union has begun. And the first vessel to have departed is Britain”Comment

Where are the English cricket fans on this board? So vocal last year but yet so quiet now.
I now change my prediction to 4-0
Sadly I'm going to have to watch a run making druge tonight. Boundry here, boundry there.
I bet ponting gets 2 sixes.Comment

560 I predict.
At least I make my opinion known.
Ponting will nail this wicket, as will Clarke and Hussey.
2 of these 3 will get tons.
You can get to them after Katich & Watson.
THis is going to be a humping tonight.Comment

And whilst previous performance is not always an indicator of future returns I expect you to be wrong. Again."See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested."Comment

Looking forwards to tonights play, been a fair bit of fireworks already in this Test with that hattrick.
That £90 bet may well be safe, what kind of odds did you get?Comment

Broad is playing well, he is dotting them around the edge of off stump consistently.
