Actually football with no referees and no rules it would much more interesting. Extra points for any players left standing at the end. I support the strike.bloggoth

That's almost how it used to be played, although there must have been some sort of rules concerning the involvement of a ball or similar object.Originally posted by xoggoth View PostActually football with no referees and no rules it would much more interesting.
I'm not sure it is possible to have a game with no rules at all. What would you do? And when would you do it?Comment

Ya ******* beauty ya. Schteamin so I am. What a great day, what a great game.
BBC Sport - Football - Celtic 1-2 Rangers (aet)
That's the Rangers I know and love. Not taking it away from Ra Sellic, but says a lot when their keeper was their best man on the park.
watch the highlights, Old Firm madness at it's best."I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith
On them! On them! They fail!Comment

Best 90 mins I had was 2002 ish - Queens celebrating the div one championship after a 4-0 humping of Morton at Palmerston, 6 quid to get in, beer abounds, pie and chip 'frae a hail in the wa' at the back, 2 quid, spot on. Singing, doing the WBA Bouncy, Bouncy things, standing up on proper terracing...
Then off to a pub off the Whitesands near the Vennel to watch proper English football, Ipswich - Tottenham to secure our (BWFC) Prem status.
Scottish Football is well shiite, but they have a proper atmos....Comment

Bit gutted, but no complaints on the day. The team that wanted it most won it.
PS What the fook did they put on that right-hand post to get all that spin on it?

By the way, just noticed Mr Dignity's comments this morning. Thought he never criticised referees?
