Couldn't see any facts in your post. Sorry.

Matthew Syed in the English Times calls it like it is. Abriged and paraphrasing, I just read it half an hour ago

"Players get abuse" "Mangers get abuse" "Journalists get abuse" "If the Scottish Referees don't want abuse don't be in a business where abuse is handed out to everyone" "Lighten up"

Kenny Clarke's tale of getting abuse on the Arran Ferry is laughable, he could have spoken to member of cal mac who are always quick to call the police and have the van ready at the pier.

        From the BBC...

Man Utd goal: Steven Naismith is apoplectic with referee Massimo Busacca, but he can't have too many complaints when he watches this back surely. Fabio da Silva looks to get on the end of a ball into the box but he is taken out by Naismith's wild high kick into his face

They get away with that sheet week in week out, Scottish referees let them get away with it all the time.

Rangers still stuggle with the idea that you can get to kick a player in the face when he is running in on goal in the box and not get a goal kick.

Richard Gough (rangers captain of old)

"I think that was a debatable penalty"

FFS, he kicked the guy in the face when he was in control of the ball heading towards goal in the box.

Well to be fair to Gough, in his day the guy's head would have needed to come clean off for the pen to be given!!!

Serves them right. Negative barstewards. If they had played any deeper they could have sneaked Aslam into central defence. Their position in the Europa was safe from very early on as Valencia were giving Bursaspor a good shoeing, yet they chose yet again to revert to type, park the bus and play anti-football.
Best result all round really, more midweek games to tire them out. And some great entertainment in the making when they meet someone half decent and get horsed again.

Did you see the shots of the crowd after Rooney scored? It was like a grimace competition!!!!

                      <sigh>

Sometimes you realise why you support Dignity FC

Naismith said: "Fabio just came in on my blind side and I ended up catching him. At the time I felt I kicked the ball but having seen it again, he got in front of me.

"Instead of kicking the ball I kicked him and I've got no complaints about the penalty being given."
"I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

On them! On them! They fail!
