So you think I'm being a twat by saying some Old Firm fans are pathetic with all the petty bickering?

I think I can live with that, I stand by exactly what I said.

He's 'former' anything now, is he not ?

Seriously though, the authorities want to get a serious grip on the religious bigotry in the scottish game.

At the weekend, some poor little ball boy at st Midden was arrested for behaviour likely to incite racial hatred' for saying something to the assembled away support. I'm sure they hadn't called anyone names based on their religion all afternoon

In hunland you hear the huns spouting their drivel every week and enquiries into the nature of said drivel are always 'inconclusive'.

The powers that be in Scotland need to stop being scared of the Old Firm or stories like the one about the Man U boy will never end.

No, i agree with you 100%. Just that in this case it wasn't old firm fans bickering.

He knew how to make a Scottish team the best in Europe. That's a rare skill...........

Oh away and feck off. Scottish football fans in general are full of bile no matter what. Rangers v Aberdeen, Hearts v Celtic, St.Johnstone v Dundee, Scotland v England take your pick. If you're not a dirty orange bassa then you're a dirty English bassa or a dirty sheepshagging bassa, who cares it's words. I'd not walk down Union street after a Aberdeen game with my Rangers top on just like I wouldn't walk down the Tollcross road after an Old Firm game.

I've seen bigotry at all games that involve one of the old firm sides from opposition fans, so don't paint it as a Glasgow thing. It's a label pure and simple.

No doubt Hernandez will get booed if he does that, fair do's, the lads entitled to go out and pray on the centre circle if he wants to he just has to appreciate he's going to end up getting some abuse. If those fans want to boo him then that's up to them, it's the public display of the guys faith they're objecting to, not that he's a Catholic. If Rangers fans booed every single Catholic that played the game then it'd be like a minutes silence at Parkhead and you know what, it's a free country, they're entitled to boo if they want to. It may be wrong, but it's not criminal.

You listen to the Tartan Army next time England play at Hampden. Then you'll hear booing.
"I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

On them! On them! They fail!
