Well it clearly would have been sufficient. Tragically for him though, he upset some of the TPD Glitterati, and thus invoked the rather Pavlovian "Salem Witch Trial" responses from the usual suspects. People with too much time on their hands and over-developed indignation glands.
Storm in a teacup really. I glanced through the offending thread and it seems that it was not so much the newbie poster he upset. Twas a couple of the pretentious bertie-bigbollox types that took umbrage. Their petty overreactions caused his downfall more than anything else. Where will it all end one is tempted to ask?
