GDP Figures: Is Gideon stuck on repeat?

Just watched this video of Osborne taking credit for the GDP figures, and thought I was hearing things.
He repeats the same answer four times to completely different questions.
Is this political robot malfunctioning? Does he need his tape changing?

He must not have prepared, politicians have stock answers they wont deviate from, unless they are particularly nimble on their feet. When they seem to be avoiding questions its just that they can't as they don't have a prepared vetted answer.

True about the vetted answers, its the "party line" thing; however, I would have thought it was quite obvious to expect questions about 'cuts not taking effect yet' from the media.
