We can send in Gricerboy as "Bicycle Repair Man"!Originally posted by EternalOptimist View PostWhy not organise a line of CUKers outsised the shop.
The first one goes in to complain about his dead parrrot, the second tries to buy four Candles, the third thinks its a cheese emporium, next is a drunk who isnt sure if its blockbusters or a chippy and ends up asking for a fish called Wanda (I'll do that one) etc etc.
she'll be gone by the end of the day

God. Watching you two interact is like watching a Cheech and Chong skit but without the drugs or humour.

Plant some marked notes from the till and a few stock items in her handbag / coat. Then 'discover' them. That's theft which is grounds for instant dismissal but being a reasonable sort you won't pursue it with the police.Originally posted by MarillionFan View PostThey've been with me 18 months and frankly they're just crap. They're not hitting the 'verbal' targets they are set, the shop is not set up the way I want and when I have something changed to the way I want it, they double up the work, change it back to what it was before and frankly are just a pain in the backside.
So I've decided that they must go.
But how? I haven't given them any warnings. They have a contract with holiday and I will still need to staff the business. I just do no want them working anymore.
Not sure what the procedure actually is. Will need to check with Citizens Advice and ACAS. Anyone know what the deal is?

With regards to one hell of a CV, it just goes to show how much of a juvenile bully he is.
