I think I can help here. draw is a popular youth word for the drug Cannabis. For the benefit of the older generation:
I once put a live mouse in the managers draw
translates as
I once put a mouse in the manager's "stash" of "Mary-Jane", man!

Y'see.....that's what I thought. Why the **** would you put a mouse in the managers weed ?

Messing with someones stash just isn't funny. If he'd put a mouse in her 'drawer' or 'drawers', that would have raised a smile.
