        Glasgow still is a very violent city but I think the violence is concentrated in certain areas and if you are outwith those areas Glasgow is more friendly city than any other in the UK. People are aware that violence can go totally over the top here and casual punch ups don't really happen as much. Teenager did get stabbed to death 200 yards from my door last week though.

                      OK, apart from the murder across the road from work last night and the guy getting killed 200 yards from my house last week, Glasgow is a very friendly city,
