Forgetting the Rooney been pulled off enough jokes...

I do think the ref is bad...letting them spoil the play, but we're bad up front.

Dire...who actually pays Sky subscriptions to see these overpaid muppets on a weekly basis?
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

          Montenegro stats:

          Population
          - July 2009 estimate 672,180

          Area
          - Total 13,812 km2 (160th)
          5,019 sq mi

          GDP (PPP) 2009 estimate
          - Total $6.506 billion[2] (AtW's comment: that's a lot less than City bankers pay themselves bonuses every year)

          ------------

          United Kingdom:

          Population
          - 2010 estimate 62,041,708[2] (22nd)

          Area
          - Total 243,610 km2 (79th)
          94,060 sq mi

          GDP (PPP) 2009 estimate
          - Total $2.139 trillion[4] (AtW's comment: that's about only few times more than City bankers pay themselves in bonuses)

So what is the percentage of points higher than Scotland?

              Ah yes!

Yeah, waste of money. It was on ITV.

The officials were poor, Rooney was as poor as he was in the world cup, Glen Johnson was as poor as I've ever seen him, and the rest weren't a lot better. I can't even have a go at the manager - what can he do when the cream of English talent walk onto the pitch then just keep giving the ball away and duffing shots.

If I were talent-spotting for an English player, the only ones I'd take note of from that game would be Adam Johnson and that feisty young sub Kevin Davies.

Still, for England sakes at least they didn't lose.

I guess one needs to have more than a few braincells to see relevancy in provided data to the match that took place today.

Just for the benefit of brain impaired contractors like yourself: football team of a country with 100 times smaller population, 20 times smaller area and 330 times smaller GDP managed to hold overpaid overrated underachieving England's football team at their home - in other words England's team is so poor it can't even beat Montenegro yet it expects to win World Cup every time it plays.

I'm beginning to think fundamentally the problem in this country is footballers are very dim and very overconfident in their abilities. Twenty years ago we knew we weren't the most skillful, but played to our strengths, now they think they're the best, and their pay packet means every should yield to them.

Just been reading an argument between Goughy and Gypsy Robbie Savage. Savage is thick as **** and having a go like he's a world expert - not some spoiler who never made it at the top level. There's a big difference between playing and having the intelligence to understand how things really work - bit like Terry at the World Cup.

I used to love football, but now wish it would all come crashing down around their spoilt little selves. And don't get me started on the greedy owners. Football is a passion, a pastime - not a business.
