Time Cube is one of the all-time classic nutjob sites; there's even a Wikipedia page about it. If you manage to read all the way through the home page (or just jump to the foot of the page) there's a "Next Page" link with more of the same. Head to the foot of that page and you'll find links to the rest of the site (yes, there's more) where he explains his ideas in exhaustive detail
