I know this should probably go inthe business and contacts bit but I need a fairly quick answer - A guy I used to work with is in the running for a consultancy gig out there. The role wil only before about 6 weeks, split over 2 locations in Germany. What is needed to work out there - He doesn't have a ltd company as yet but then I doubt that would be a goer in Germany would it?

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
