Should still be fun. I took the snow mobiles up the glacier while there, visibility was 0, and I mean zero, temperatures plummeted, 5 yanks had panic attacks and had to be rescued, after 10 minutes I couldn't operate the accelerator properly because my hand was frozen, awesome, I do like countries that don’t do the old ‘elf and safety!
£7 for a pint of viking was a bit of a mare tho'Comment

It's great fun, but using crampons and ice axes takes some getting used to and isn't activity your muscles will be any way used to.
Calves, forearms and back muscles will make their presence known.Comment
