Looks can be deceptive, but facts usually speak for themselves.

And before we get off on a tangent, I personally reckon on the face of it she should have done some sort of time but since we're not in full possesion of all the facts and circumstances of the case I'm playing devil's advocate, just in case the judge might have been correct.

Most likely, but I would expect a society of top judges, police officers, royalty, etc., to keep things together in a sensible way, rather than allowing the chavs to screw the system.

I want to know you actually read the article MM, apparently not however. She's 58 and died from heart problems to which she was suceptible, obviously brought on by the attack.

Personally I wouldn't be putting a rolling smiley next to a statement talking about someone being murdered, but obviously you care deeply about these things.

In future all peaple with dodgy tickers should go out wearing distinctive 'I have a dodgy ticker' t shirts. That way, when people want to attack them, they know that there is a good chance that the person will pop thier clogs and they would be in serious sh1t. Doesn't help this person who was unaware that their heart was about to pop though.

Whether or not the woman had a heart condition the assailant should be charged with murder. If she hadn't been attacked she wouldn't have died. There is simply no excuse for this kind of behaviour.
