I think this forum started going downhill a bit after people started meeting up in real life. There's definitely cosy little groups that exist now and new posters might feel a bit excluded by those. It's not disastrous but it does sometimes get a bit "Terry and June" on here.

We need the new people (and that means new people not just new IDs) for fresh ideas / views etc. Personally, after nearly ten years, I've run out of arguments to start, insults to throw and mischief to make.

Which is why, for your information, I hardly post on here anymore.

"Cosy Clique of cohabiting couples" is a little OTT there are only 2 that I know of. Me and SS & Halo & BGG. Not sure we make much of a clique. TBH - I don't like all the dickwaving threads on here so mostly I just ignore them. Perhaps you should ignore the sickly threads/posts too.
