              I was forced in Uni to buy the K&R tripe..and it cost a fortune as well. I think Stroustrupp's C++ book was crap as well. If I still had them I'd gladly burn them.

                That hideous song, along with 'All things bright and beautiful' (we really need a vomit smiley) probably set many of us up to be atheists. I hated the happy-clappy stuff. Jerusalem, Hills of the North; they're proper hymns; worth going to church just to sing even if you don't believe the goddy stuff.
