Brushing your teeth at lunch time

I do that. Otherwise my marmite on toast tastes of halitosis.Originally posted by BlasterBates View PostIt's actually bad to clean your teeth after meals, because the enamel is a bit softer because of the enzymes, so you just end up brushing your enamel off. In fact the reason to brush your teeth is not to clean the food off but the plaque which takes several hours to build up. It's pointless cleaning your teeth 3 times a day, and in the morning you should clean your teeth before your breakfast.
Not many people know that. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

This never happened back home. Perhaps the food is more corrosive here..."A people that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims, but accomplices," George OrwellComment

I have a toothbrush in the office
Brush a few times a day... it relaxes me. I have a rather unhealthy obsession with toothpaste.
My fave thing is on holiday (wherever I am!!) I have to go to the supermarket and see what they have and if there is anything different to what I already have

I'm the opposite. The only thing that really annoys me about living in Germany is that I can't get my favourite toothpaste.Originally posted by cailin maith View PostMy fave thing is on holiday (wherever I am!!) Thats one of the things I've noticed in Germany along with opening the bloody windows and wearing scarves in the office (oh, and beer in the canten.)“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment
