                  There's no way anyone uses a tiny fraction of the lurid slang in that Urban Dictionary.

                  People just sit there trying to think up the most outlandish and disgusting "fake" slang phrases, and then post them.

                  (a bit like the Viz editorial team, chewing their pencils trying to dream up with new words for their Profanasaurus)

                    Hot lunch was a well known expression, I thought. I will admit I am fairly childish when it comes to knowing these things.
