So why do you think Pakistan has fallen behiond S. Korea? Could it be because Pakistanis cling to an outdated medieval religion that keeps them backward while their more sensible brethren in India move forward?

Your question answered itself. try to be more logical next time.

The question has to be asked, if there was a massive flood anywhere else in the world, would anybody in Pakistan give a ****?

Sadly, the cost of a life in those parts of the world is pretty low.

Wrong, it is the followers of Islam that were originally referred to as the "Infidel". Didn't they teach you anything at your "Commie Poly"?

How easily you confuse religion with culture. Don't forget...there are actually more Muslims in India than there are in Pakistan. Its not about religion its about culture.

Turn your brain on next time.

It is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan - their god is clearly upset with them over something, and being an infidel I would not wish to be so presumptuous as to interfere.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? - Epicurus

And Pakistani culture is inseparably entwined with Islam.

                      India is more secular.

In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
