I have been completely out of whack all week. Went to a gig on Monday night that felt so much like a Sunday night gig that it put my brain one day back for Tuesday and Wednesday. Then I finished a big chunk of work at about 2 this morning, and my head has hypercompensated and now it feels like Friday.

Just back from a quick 450 mile round trip to see customers. Been up at 5am both morning and feel fine and completely have a grip on reality.

Just off to the gym to push a 450lb bench press and then for a quick 5 mile run(should be about 20 minutes).

What is reality? I mean really?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Reading New Posts from my iPhone I read this thread 'My grip on reality'
