Baby boomers must pay for their selfish and greedy ways.

They never supported any generation before them

They bought houses for a pittance. They sold them for a fortune forcing young people to take huge
      debt burdens.

They bankrupted the country with their social entitlements and welfare blah blah.

Now they want the next generation to pay for a cozy pension.

      Sorry. It's payback time.

I have long wondered about when we will reach the point where the young will no longer put up with paying ever increasing taxes to keep the old tottering about on their last legs for as long as possible.

I wouldn't have predicted that it would have happened just yet.

            It will happen though.

Voluntary euthenasia will have been introduced before that happens IMHO.

And the share price of LastGaspCruises will have gone exponential!!

Since the present state pension system came into force in 1948 I suspect most of the baby boomers born just after the war did pay for the generation before.

When most of these bought houses it wasn't to make vast profits, just somewhere to live. The market has done the rest because of short supply, not intentional actions.
