Gel Mouse Pad Recommendations

My old optical mouse died, so I replaced it with a Logitech laser mouse. But the new mouse does not track well over my existing mouse pad with (gel wrist rest).

Any recommendations for a mouse pad with wrist rest that works well with a laser mouse?

Had a similar situation with my Logitech laser mouse a few years ago and just did without the gel mouse pad and used the mouse on my desk or sometimes put a piece of A4 paper down.

If you do need wrist support, you could just buy the wrist support without the pad bit like a Fellowes Gel Flex Rest.
