I thought he was good,nice transition from Tennant to Smith, right balance of nuttiness and seriousness.

I thought Stella was almost as good as Tennant, but found that Guiness is smoother than Smith.

Tom Baker was my fave.

Smith has given the role some of the quirkyness that makes him a good Dr. Who imho.

However, Alex Kingston would be brilliant as a female Dr.

I like him, I wasn't sure at first but although, it took a few episodes, I do like him.

Agreed, but I don't like the bits where he goes all Robson Green and asks himself questions. That'll be the script of course.
