How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

TBH, I am feeling slightly Svelte looking at that. And I ain't had a sick day in over 3 years.

I see that those figures still include 2008. Expect to see a significant decline in alcohol consumption once the 2009/2010 figures are released, alongside an equivalent increase here.
They are already proposing a clampdown on alcohol laws here, pretty good work on my part I think. Hic.
