    Interest Rates

What's the panel's verdict on interest rates over the next say 3 years. Are they going to hold at the current lows or do we predict massive rises?

For professional reasons I cannot say, but Yazz said it all.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Interesting, mine is fixed for the next three years.

I can't see interest rates rising in the UK for a decade. Even if hyperinflation grips, they'll be stuck near zero to ensure that house prices rise.

House prices = wealth in the UK.

            IMHO that is.
