How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Cuba is one to watch. Once Castro dies there will be a bit of in-fighting, but once that is over it should open up. There is a lot of potential there.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

That is what Cuba was up to pre-revolution. That does not mean that it would come back to the same extent.
The Cuban people are very well educated and, despite what has been done to them, very entrepreneurial. There is plenty of opportunity for manufacturing in Cuba.How did this happen? Who's to blame?
