What's your problem boys? Too scared to say... 'would you mind moving somewhere else when having private conversations on the phone' As for people who leave their mobiles on their desk.... I pop them in their desk drawer.
There was one bloke who worked at the opposite end of the office - he was on a voice conference call, put his phone on speaker so everyone could listen to the drivel .... he then disappeared off to the toilet. I turned the speaker right down and left a note on his desk asking him to have more consideration.... he returned 30 mins later and shocked that someone had the audacity to interfere with his phone!
