See GingerJedi's post above - they don'st seem to lack firepower and we're not that good at the back.

We have great individual defenders but they just don't seem to gel.

From what I've seen we're going to have to play an attacking game, Rooney paired with Crouch and Gerrard just behind in a central role should be tasty.

The only way England can do well in this tournament is by outscoring the other team. We're leaky at the back and lack a solid goalie. If we sit back at any time we're fooked.
On the other hand, if we play at a high tempo, most teams would not like to play us - up front we're not too bad and can score goals.
All I want is that we don't tamely quit as we did against Brazil in 2002. Lets go down fighting if we have to and entertain the world.

Winner gets to play a game of doctors and nurses with their choice of one of the female posters on the site.
