I just rang Parcelforce to pay a customs charge for some car parts I ordered from the US. I got bounced by the automated system back to the human at the other end of the phone. Apparently their phone payment system has been down for 4 DAYS and they can't take any payment over the phones either manually or automatically. All I can do is go and pick the package up personally.
