For example a newbie puts in an accounting question. He is met by someone like Northernladuk who retorts what a stupid question but here is an answer like or lump it.
Newbie sits at PC and answers. Reply sits there waiting to be moderated so newbie toddles off. They return to find it's still not posted. A day passes and they realise they have a reply from a moderator telling them that FOAD is not a reasonable answer to the last poster.
