It only changes posts or post titles that are all-caps; it won't change correct capitalisation. It's to stop people SHOUTING.

I'll suggest to admin that the setting on how many capitals one can use before it kicks in be increased to 4, which should FTFY.

I did assume that people would have enough sense to deduce this from the fact that my previous post, the one you replied to, included words in ALL CAPS without any silly games, but once again I overestimated the intellectual capacity of at least one person
