The last terrorist who got on a plane went ‘whoosh fizzle ouch, ooh...oooh... me goolies’. Really, these modern day terrorists are about as frightening as a bad tempered fieldmouse.

remember a bad tempered fieldmouse only needs to be luck once whilst we have to lucky all the time!

I say well done for MI5 for uncovering the plot , probably saved a few lives and fieldmouses.

There is no evidence against this guy other than a few intercepted emails where innocent sentences can be misconstrued however, I believe that anyone without a British Passport and is not a spouse of such a holder should be able to be expelled without reason. Guests in the country should be just that and should not expect the right of abode.

Have you thought that maybe some of the "investigations" carried out by our security services could've screwed up the guys lives and put them in a position where it is no longer safe for them to return to their country of origin?

Well, in this case some of them that the Police would really like to talk to have legged it back to wherever, and are not being harassed, and yet the ones the Police have talked to, and found not guilty, are in fear of going back to wherever.

                Is curious.

This is actually the whole point of human rights conventions; to protect us all against those who think we shouldn’t have human rights for somehow being different to themselves.

You mean the ‘I’m not a racist but if he’s been accused of terrorism and he has a permanent suntan then he must be guilty’ tendency?
No, the proper protection of British citizens from foreigners who are likely to present a significant risk to them tendency. F* idiots.

Is there something that makes foreigners inherently more dangerous than British citizens?
