Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Spot on, really nice chap and all that. He seemed unsure of himself in one to one’s but much more at home when he had an audience and his speech to hand. Although I think he is the wrong choice, he is 100 times better than the Millibands and such like.

To be fair I can understand why the questions were asked.

Particularly topical with respect to the current situation in Iran, The Embassy Seige (30 years ago) etc.

He was unaware that Ceuta in North Africa was part of Spain.
One of the main reasons why we should never give Gibraltar to the Spanish.

He was confused on which countries make up the Baltic States.

His Commons speeches on YouTube are worth watching. I'm glad we have intelligent articulate people in control now. Being run by amateurs, retards and misfits is fine to mix things up a bit, but 13 years was far too long.
